After the longest independent counsel investigation in history, the prosecutor in the case of former Housing Secretary Henry G. Cisneros is finally closing his operation with a scathing report accusing Clinton administration officials of thwarting an inquiry into whether Mr. Cisneros evaded paying income taxes. Why is this important? Hell, if I know, but I do know this...it was Bush's fault.
Of course, when Hillary Clinton called the Bush administration "one of the worst" in history earlier this week, she obviously views the transgressions of her husband's administration the same way she viewed his infidelity--O.K. as long as it doesn't interfere with her ambitions.
Don't worry about Mr. Cisneros though...he was already pardoned by former President Clinton. Whew.
