The age of free love for deer may just be an inoculation or two away. The National Wildlife Research Center has developed a new drug that would sterilize the deer population and prevent breading for two whole years. What's even better is that it only costs an estimated $300 -$1000 per buck or doe.
I know what you are thinking..."Jeremie, won't this just make the deer population more promiscuous and a cause a steep rise in sexually transmitted diseases due to unprotected sex?" Yes, but it saves a bullet through their skulls and really isn't that more important wasting the tax payer's money?
I have one simple question: who was the bleeding heart, tree hugger that came up with this idea? Rather than increase revenues and expanded hunting licenses, lets spend money in a failed attempt to artificially control the deer population.
